Calling something "put to bed" does not make it so. Quite the opposite, it is a super lame way of trying to extricate yourself from the questions I have challenged you with.

Is the agreement a nothingburger? In that case the FINRA block is still in place.

Has the agreement somehow gotten around the FINRA block to enable name and ticker change?

If so, then why did George not report that material event within four days, as required? Is he incompetent or is he intentionally withholding information he is required to report?
