So Rick has been CEO of PLPL since mid-May yet he won't

(1) CHANGE THE COMPANY NAME, or
(2) REMOVE TAD FROM THE NEVADA SOS RECORD AND NAME HIMSELF AS CEO, and
(3) UPDATE the OTC "COMPANY PROFILE, CONTACT INFO, LIST OF OFFICERS, and BUSINESS DESCRIPTION.

All the above are easy-peasy, low/ no cost, bare minimum, basic maintenance any competent "CEO" should do. So why hasn't he if for no other reason than to reassure investors? As I see it either--

a) He can't because he's not yet well and truly CEO or....

b) He's choosing not to in order to let the stock keep falling. If true, then that's telling
