Lena is in Illinois and APRU cannot transact business there until it’s resolved.

They also need it resolved to get alcohol licensing.

If Tony can get it resolved by Friday they should be able to make next week’s Liquor Commission meeting per a previous conversation with the Clerk.

If approved in Stephenson Co, it will then go the state for final approval.

They’re not buying an operating brewery without proper licensing.
