You forgot to mention how much lower the price could fall after a R/S!!

I recognize the snark, but have no way of gauging your real-world sub-penny OTC experience.

If the deal in fact goes thru, and if audits indicate there's real repeatable business occurring, then the R/S may not have ANY negative effect.

If you're a belieber, keep buying.

But serious buyers are usually quiet about it.
