For every share you own in BLTH you get "x" amount in the new company. The formula used to derive the calculation for that exchange ratio is in the 8K they filed after the announcement of the merger. It turns out to be a fraction of a decimal. So unless you own millions and millions of shares, don't expect much, if anything.
