Hi Jim,

Can you comment on the lack of Scandium language in the Senates proposed NDAA 2024? Looks like this is set for approval this week….

Seems this language was not introduced into the Senate. Appreciate your thoughts and insight.

Answer:

Language in the Senate NDAA was not needed for our purposes. The House NDAA text is contained in the House Armed Services Committee report to accompany the House NDAA, and that accomplishes what we need it to accomplish.
