He just commented the other day, he is no longer in the inner workings but heavily personally invested in the company, as everyone else involved is, and has personally made no money from it, and confident in Mr. Holly taking it to the next level. And that everything needed will be filed. From my understanding Mr. Holly helped save the company and invested something like 500 million of his own assets into it, hence heavily invested. $TTCM
