The key in checking Delaware is their filings and staying on top of the Authorized. I guarantee the change in authorized will not be timely for the public. However, the change will definitely tell us the convertibles have been issued.

Right now either insiders are selling or any manipulation down is to get best possible conversion price for the notes due.

Keep buying if you like, I could care less. Since this keeps setting new lows which we have been told is not going to happen, I’ll just wait until trips or until there is a real reason to buy.
