This is a long and complicated case and a boring subject - its not like this is a murder trial you see on TV. So the consequences of your decision is trivial to you if you are on the jury. Its like - let me out of here as I have more important things to do.

Again - they are fighting the company in a company town. Home of DOJ up the street - thousands of lawyers and unlimited budget. We already saw the result.
