I’ve been around a long time. It’s no secret any actual investor here is probably not thrilled with the stock price performance in the last many years. What difference does it make whether I’m happy with the CEO or not? I think he’s added a lot of fundamental value to the company itself compared to where we were. I think I’ve said on this board before that we need an actual IR department and strategy, not a PRN employee and bare minimum press releases, seems like. Also think a buyback would do wonders here.

I’d agree he’s done well and shareholder value has gone down/languished. However, the way he ends up making earth-shattering amounts of money, as the largest shareholder by far, is selling the company. Still have to ask yourself why he’d even care to accumulate so many shares if he didn’t believe they’d be worth much more in the future. He’s personally loaned the company money to help it grow as well - why do that if your ultimate goal is to buy the company cheap. Just let it basically fail, it’s literally less work than trying to grow the business.
