If SS was reasonable, I'd think tripp 2s to 4s would be worthwhile here regardless of the current deal.

The problem is IF the deal falls thru, then Tad's first reasonable step will be a 100:1 RS before attempting another deal.

That would pretty clearly explain current price-action. At least to me.

Others who are generally clueless how the market prices stocks may find various other malicious and manipulative reasons "their stock" is not performing iaw their brilliant analysis.
