Only way to get to dollars is to set multiple sell orders for GTC starting over 10 cents and way into the dollars. As it gets into pennies raise your sell orders higher. If people were not willing to sell, the buyers will have to be willing to buy higher. Supply in demand. The flippers will flip, but it has been hard for flippers to get back in to reflip without paying higher prices.
