- it is a massive, ongoing share-selling scam
- it is a massive POS, garbage ticker
- it is run by a massive ass-hat and criminal fraudster
- it has generated massive losses throughout its existence
- the delusional promotors who continue to push this garbage are either massively insane, or part of the criminal fraud gang led by Mad Jacki-boi
