the Admin put my post out onto the Q&A board, oh my goodness, I never gave permission for that.

Well look at the results, its an absolute disaster, look at the PCTL board, all there is is name calling, the functionality of having any kind of useful dialog is gone. I have started by just cancelling out my private membership with these people, no way in the world is my money going to support this.
