Money Left On Expired Gift Cards (Spoilage)!

A Tx business journal mentions that as much as 40% of people holding gift cards, let them expire with some money never spent. Spoilage money left on expired gift cards, could be processed & handled by USIO, San Antonio, TX, in my opinion.

Track & trace unspent money on expired gift cards? Dollars add up at fast?
