ICOA bought Kuora from AAPT. They scooped out it's entire asset. There is no reason to take the AAPT CE shell too.

It's all the same people. But shareholder's money.

They paid themselves $250 million for a company that brought in like 5 million in revenue but had expenses like 6 million or some crap.
