Brew, I am with you 100% and strongly suggest you ignore those who call anyone having concerns a basher. This situation is a major major problem which may halt big name companies from wanting to deal with them while an investigation is ongoing. It can take months/years to settle with the SEC so I think we are in a major holding pattern until there is some clarity here.
