TMTG is moving forward with the merger. There are no criminals on the TMTG side of the deal. The SEC and new DWAC CEO ensured the inside traders from DWAC were held accountable.

False, tmtg publicly stated in a filing they are no longer interested in d-w-a-cked merger. Everyone is a criminal involved with this company. The SEC isn't done going after the top.

The merger can conceivably take place before the expiration of the first extension. The second vote is insurance that it can be completed if the SEC tries another delay.

This is like the 7th extension and like the 6th shareholders vote. It's cheeto and orlando that created many delays, not the SEC.
