SGMA - I finally got around to looking at this one. The one thing I don't understand is the remaining minority position in WAGZ. Does this mean they have sold control and no longer are on the hook for expenses and simply held a piece in case it eventually works out or are they still on the hook for a percentage of WAGZ losses? TIA
