Man you might be right. I’ve never been in a merger play so been reading stuff and trying to play catch up. In one finra paragraph and rule 1017 they talk about being responsible for approving otc mergers, control changes, business operations changes, etc… and in another paragraph it will state that finra is not responsible for approving or disapproving corporate actions. They are as contradictory as KAM’s posts. I’ve just always assumed that we’ve been waiting on the stamp of approval for the merger… when maybe all we’re waiting on is the change in shell status, ops change, company name -ticker-cusip change? Shit idk.
