Took a moment to ring a bell, but I finally remembered that this person was the one who accepted STHC to legally go public.(remember the excitement when we saw Mark added on OTC). Also remember Surf saying something
was wrong with the shell....Judge Zurn didn't think so. Anyways, memories. Stuck on gl.
