I still dont understand what you mean by scam, its not a scam, by definition a scam means taking money from people to enrich themselves, they are not enriching themselves, they just arent. If you want to say that they are doing it all "for fun" to see people lose money in an investment then I would believe that more than they are scaming for themselves (beyond just having a job to do which there are many places they could make at least as much as they make now without the hassle of a publically traded company and the liability associated with it.)

So while eveything you say about theyre being incompetant as could be may very well be true, and I'll even give you that it is true, how does that make them scammers for their own personal benefit. IF anything, if they are such flat out failures, they should be flat out embarassed in front of their friends and families, who the hell wants that, when they could just hold a normal job like the rest of us and live a peaceful life (I have a good paying job and live a damn peaceful life and I love it, could you imagine peace for them, NOT.)
