To your point "predatory crook trying to get people to buy so you can liquidate. " I would have sold more on the last rally if that were the case. As things stand, based on many factors including your own analysis, I would be fully out of PCTL by a penny or lower based on risk/reward. Maybe we never get there, i have no idea.
