What I'd like to know is, even if the divi starts trading, one day, it was restricted stock, what are the restrictions??

I've owned restricted stocks from spinoffs. While the spinoffs traded, I couldn't do anything with my shares, no registration for the spinoff, just for the new shares issued to create a "new" company.
