See the way time works is you can start in December 15, 2021 and go to January 15, 2023 and it will be 13 months of actual time but take place over 3 calendar years, which is quite different. Are you more clear now on the concept of time?

Who cares when the initial announcement was made? Apparently you didn't notice this thing called the pandemic that essentially abolished the RSV seasons for almost 2 years.
