Because the numbers arent ready yet, formatted in the OTC template required for the filing. I am confident we'll be updated soon, what I am not confident is what the revenues will be, they had better be something respectable. But expenses as I mentioned are also important factor, but we also have to keep in mind that the business is transitioning out of the healthcare including the expense of those employees, so i would focus on the thing that should be improving in oil and gas and that is revenues.
