Shares are getting cancelled with no compensation. That's fact. It's what happens when a company liquidates and goes out of business and the proceeds doesn't cover the debt.
All those BS theories about something more or different happening than what they say is just con artists lying to their marks trying to get them to buy their stock and take over bagholding duties.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
