@PCTL_ is a money laundering stock share selling scam.

The sitting on money made posts/poster is just one of many players here and the most recognizable tactic used to artificially maintain interest and price support. The criminal aspect is that poster was an actual employee @PCTL_ paid in stock.

Material omissions, misinformation, misrepresentation, overstatements and ignoring required disclosures are other tactics these criminals used to hide expenses and enrich themselves.
