think we are missing the point. the b preferred are issued to the 3 officers. and i believe it is first and formost to keep all decision making in to their hands as their voting rights are 1000 per share x 250k each. the poison pill is in case someone unknown to them aggressivly tries to gain control with the limited issue of shares available. they can shatter control with opening selling the conversion factor. I dont think its to basically kill any hope on our part to be in a position to share in profitability. would like them to clarify its use and conversion factors. when and how are they convertable? not in their best interest to use as it destroys credibility and confidence. carnes and the other two members of the board need to come out and state purpose and use of the class b directly to us all now that other problems are being overcome.
