If Criminal Dokis want to win against Jeff Eberwein, then they should make an offer to all the RLBY shareholders a price for their shares in a private transaction that they will not refuse, a tender offer....then they will have majority stake and then get rid of Jeff Eberwein and do what you want with the public company. Other than that, you are wasting your time, they will never get anywhere going forward b/c they don't have the support of shareholders and eventually you will lose all your restricted shares and have nothing but legal bills that will BK you for good. Make a tender offer and see what happens.
