Whomever controls the A.I. will control the next elections. Someone if not many are already working on it I am almost positive if it. Too tempting. So my rules for A.I. sooner rather than later folks has to be something put into place.
No entity, business or individual can utilize the technology known as A.I. known today as Artificial Intelligence for any freedom of speech, or other of the multiple freedoms which are solely meant for American Citizens violations of any kind which disrupt daily commerce, trade, laws of this Country and Amendments of same laws, disruptions of transportation of any kind, banking, medical, voting, attacks of ANY kind to citizens in America or in any Country and their personal belongings or their families, personal private information, cell phone service or other means of communications and communications either of earthly or of satellite controlled devices. Any such violations committed by any entity which changes any methods or procedures and details of known freedoms or any commerce public or private shall be fined below as follows. These fines are not to be limited to the below values snd is at the discretion of the A.I. Board which is to be made up made up of American Citizens from every State of the Union total number from each State TBD based on American registered voters ballot question.
Fines and requirements below:
First Offense: $50 million dollars U.S. no exception and full destruction of this technology and a banishment of all owners and engineers of record for this company banned from working in this field of work forever.
Second Offense: $500 million dollars and the same conditions set forth in First Offense with exception of a jail term of 25 Years minimum for all employee’s, management snd engineers of record.
Third Offense: $25 Billion dollars Fine snd same conditions as listed above in Second Offense with exception the jail term is extended to 50 Years minimum
This my off the top of my head suggestions here. You have to let those developing it know that we are not messing around. Heck folks in their dang garages can be creating this crap.
