Hey, here's an idea Greenspirit,

Why don't you call Microsoft and ask them to publish and post one of their contracts?

As to your question in regards if I know or have evidence of the SEC's results in this inquiry. No I do not. Nor does CKYS, imo. According to the experts such as J.S. it's my understanding that if the SEC "passes" a company, there will be no announcement as such. If they decide upon fraud, the stock is halted. As far as I can tell, my acct shows an additional four purchases of CKYS yesterday, so my guess is it trading again with no further suspension. I tend to draw my on conclusions. Sometimes I'm right and sometimes I'm wrong. I like to pat myself on my back, though, as I'm usually more right than wrong. No guarantees though on my future track record. :)

Look, I took it upon myself to visit the company on my dime, and thought I would share my opinions of what I saw. My DD is primarily being done for me, no one else. But I don't mind sharing my thoughts of the situation that we are currently in. I am comfortable that this company will survive and grow substantially through time.

Don't base your investment decisions on my DD nor anyone else's. Investors have asked me for my honest opinion and what I am doing. I added shares a few times yesterday. That's all I can really say. If I were not comfortable, I would sellor maybe hold and see what happens. It's obvious many shareholders are not comfortable, so my suggestion to them would be to sell and move on. There are many companies out there with no SEC problems. I don't see to many pinkies out there though that are earning enough to warrant the type of advertising that CKYS has recently paid for. Seems to me that they also have numerous products in the market, and many more to come.

Does this mean total success for CKYS? Of course not. But it's obvious why most people that invest in pennies are here. To find those few companies that might make it through the very difficult developement and marketing stages. I personally believe they will make it. Only time will tell.

It's really just that simple. I never visit a company or their management to help others in making their investment decision. It is done for me and some very close friends. If there has not been enough DD to satisfy one's needs, then sell. I am not being paid to do anybody else's DD. Everyone should complete their own DD to answer their own questions.
