To my point. It's still on. We are slowly approaching a year to acquire a non operational company right? When you have a company that's not doing any operations and no revenues but needs to dispose of all its assets, how difficult is that? My thought is that Mr. CEO is broke and is trying to force this transaction. He's gone all in on hope. This is all distracting him from running his current operation.
