Yes they are available on ROKU and Direct TV Canada I beleive. The second channel is a Spanish version of the shopping channel. Huge market as well. The AS Seen on TV company they are doing the JV with is going to be driving traffic to its channel using both influencers and an agressive social media campaign. Having a deal with Maybacks gives it the ability to save on remnant ad purchases which is traditionally what infomercial companies use. In addtion, the relationship allows them to have TV access for no cost in exchnage for a royalty on all sales and an ownership in the channels. Cable and Satellite companies would charge $30-50,000 per month for access with no guarantee on viewership. They would still have to drive traffic. Great deal for both parties IMHO
