Ken has given a very clear explanation of how the RS fits into the Up-listing Strategy,
and that it will only be used in conjunction with a Liquidity Event, and
at a much higher PPS. The fact that you still don't
understand that, is unfortunate !!!

However, you are right about one thing - there was a handful of troublemakers
that were booted off the Shareholder Network, for repeatedly ignoring
the Code of Conduct Policy, and - that is a fact !!!
