Ya, that's going to be a little difficult. A buyback would require a lot of money.
$RMRK has no **money**.
That leaves "financing", which $RMRK would have to have something to offer a financier in the first place which brings me back to my original statement, financing on what terms..
As far as shares go, there is nothing to cancel, the o/s is already out there.
Starkman can exclude dilution but the numbers speak for themselves. $RMRK has been quietly diluted over the years to support his losing ventures at shareholders expense.
