Doesnt seem to even matter at this point. Unaudited they can put down whatever they want as long as they pay the lawyer to write an opinion letter. OTC doesnt seem to care as long as they get paid too.

People celebrating todays move when this is down from .70 to .04 and bounces back to .09 when its been completely misleading investors since the acquisition. Its the wild west.
