Bullshit. OTCMarkets doesn't audit filings for accuracy in the least.. Just because they were filed does NOT automatically mean that they are factual.. Just that they were filed.

TXTM doesn't even get them audited themselves, lovely. They just pay an attorney to say "uh sure, I guess they look okay". Which sadly is enough for the low bar of the OTCM alternative reporting standard.
