In the last 3.5 months, they only diluted about 190 million shares, out of the total 7.8 billion outstanding shares as of a week ago. That's only approximately 2.4% of additional dilution. In the short-term foreseeable future they might not have to dilute any shares at all, unless they decide to raise $100 million through convertible debt. That would seem so egregious and unlikely but one can never say never in the OTC!
