Some solid points (I just like going after your ass...take it as an odd term of endearment)

But yes, regardless of the ticker, standing still in the OTC is a dangerous game. No matter how much I believe in a tickers potential and/or eventual success, I refuse to miss out on lucrative price action.

flippers have made a lot more profit than any long so far.

I, and my tax lady alike would agree.

That said, my sentiment regarding the eventual outcome here has changed little. Based on the ones in my camp that know much more than I, my bet is that Sharp sees this trough.

As I have stated before... (and from the mouths of the "Ones" I mentioned above)
...This case could take a considerable amount of time to resolve, no one expected the court to demand more briefings pertaining to the issue of Calasse's standing in and of itself. The court is simply trying to cover its ass (at Sharp's and shareholders' expense) due to the lack of legal precedent here. However, I doubt Sharps team will take any where near the 60 days allowed to respond to Calasse's brief due on the 25th. ...We shall see soon enough I suppose.

If they find that Calasse does have standing...well, then its on with the actual appeal. I doubt that this will be the case but I have been wrong before.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
