A little dd on this share change…. $pwdy…

1) this guy Mr read retired 6 mths ago… he is one

of the insiders that owns 276,446,194 .

2) the increase in unrestricted from restricted was

558,446,194…

3) so Mr read shares went from restricted to

unrestricted…. Plus someone else’s shares…

4) I called cm tech…. And surprisingly… I got a

call back…. I was driving as the the guy called me

so I didn’t get his name…. But he explained that

simply…. After 10 yrs …. Mr reads shares are no

longer restricted….

5) I explained to him that 558 million shares won’t go unnoticed and since Pwdy is a publicly traded company…. Something should be said by ceo or someone….

6) speculation…. I’m guessing that Mr read has to

file a form 4 if & when he sells some shares

that’s all I got right now
