The SPX is only 267 pts from the ATH. With only 41% bullish. 33% are not committed yet. 26% bears, about to get slaughtered.

Start looking for SPX 100 days, the large Bull Cycles are in play M-2 getting confirmed end of the month, Q2 coming the end of September.
