Aside from that, even if approved I think a reverse split will drive the adjusted share prices substantially lower than where they are now. The fact that Tad blew up the O/S from less than 400 million to 8.2 billion means a lot of shares are likely now held by old toxic convertible debt/ note holders.
I also think a share buy back and retirement is wishful thinking...certainly before a R/S. Why would new management pay more when they don't have to? They have no incentive to make old bagholders rich.
