Berge sells them a "Note"

They convert the "Note" into shares they sell into the Market.... AT ANY PRICE ...until they have recovered their loan amount plus interest

Once the Outstanding shares get too high....Berge does a Reverse Split so he can sell more "Notes" for conversion


AND RETAIL KEEPS BUYING THE DILUTION
