This was announced a month before they signed the deal to immediately begin making 100's of kilos. I wouldn't launch anything with less than 300 kilos. It sounds to me that it is likely they had far more than 100 kilos and expected to continue to produce. I think the Kings group or MtheMovement would lose as much respect as you, if they thought a launch could occur with less than 100 Kilos.
