All the sad, demented, degenerate pirouetting little MMEX promotors don't change the fact that MMEX is a scam - there are no hopes of DOE grant money, no hopes of any legitimate funding syndicate, no real business to fund. Mad Jacki-boi is just a poor to mediocre grifter, a con 'man', running on a full diaper, desperate to keep his ATM machine running.
