Thanks. I understand it won't greatly affect sales numbers for this Q (RVNC) but it is a factor. If you are switching or just starting, you are more likely to do it in Q2/Q4 because you are more likely to get the treatment.

Of course. But the trajectory starts now. You can't tell me you wouldn't have concerns if sales came in under $25 million (as an example). If sales don't ramp there is a point where dilution is needed.

That is a fair answer. As far a myself, I have already stated I'm not interested in the August 'binary' (earnings + PDUFA) and that I don't want to hold long term. If I'm in the stock mid '24 it's not from a current position.
