It’s not running because a possible RS has been factored in. Plus the ticker name hasn’t changed. With two past failed merger attempts , there is fear by some that this won’t go through.

It ran just fine with the same Share structure for the past two merger attempts. It died when there was the dreaded RS announcement by EV hotel Ken Patel.

That’s what’s holding this up.
