Thanks for your offer of support EnoughAlready. As I have noted in previous posts, I would like to file around the end of August /beginning of September. There is a lot of research to do. I want the claim to be as concise as possible. I think the subject matter and theory is settled as far as the claim goes. The more important steps now are the process issues. Standing, statute of limitations, failure to make a claim etc. it is the legal procedures where the risk of being dismissed are most dangerous to success. If any serious posters would like to crowd source these issues and post their research over the next month, that would be awesome. Finally, the format for typing up the claim is something that needs to be researched. Does anyone know of any sources for how to compose a claim and the formatting of such. Any Templates etc?
