Hey bro, did you read that post by Kaz about the reddit poster going back some 5 years ago? So, what has changed since then besides the little bread crumbs along the way? That piece looks like it was written only couple of months ago and much credit to the author and more importantly to Kaz to remind everyone else besides the newbies, what stands out for me as investor is, Delfin has not denied it till this day about the rumors and I don't think they will, but they could just love to fuel speculation (who knows, I am not in their mind), its all funding and contracts and development, they have spent a lot of capital to prep everything for time to move forward, timing is everything, timing is everything as to who will be kings. There is no way, no how, they will go private, mathematically just doesn't make sense. In the World Corporate financing deals, just doesn't make sense. Here is good example, for the sake of debate, I am real estate developer/investor, I build a ginormous shopping center for 10 tenants, 6-8 of them being anchor tenants, I am all out of financing with the next project, what I can do is take those lease agreements with the anchor tenants, such as, Starbucks, Ralphs, and few other anchor tenants and get financing for my next project, anchor tenants are money in the bank, I believe that is how and why we are waiting on Delfin to execute on solid contracts with well established names within the sector. I truly believe the FID is just around the corner, maybe a couple of more contracts between where we are today and the FID news. I also believe most of the OG's have parted, rightfully so, 5...6...7 years is a very long time to wait and I realize the frustration, maybe it wasn't their time, Delfin will be ready when they believe they are ready, not penny flippers from IHUB. In the end we will see who will be kings.
